At TrailPaws, we want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your purchase.


Returns

If you are not satisfied with your item, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused
In original condition
In original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you quickly.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.


Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
